Good with kids?

Good with dogs?

Good with cats?
yes unknown yes

Hey there, I’m Jack Rabbit—JR to my pals, but you can just call me the coolest cat on the block! I’m full of life, with a bit of swagger to boot. I used to hang out at Baldwin County Animal Control (not by choice, mind you), and things got a little dicey...I was on *the list*—yep, *that* list. But thanks to my heroes at HSHC, I dodged a major cat-tastrophe and got a second shot at life!

Now, let’s talk about my eye—don’t worry, it’s no biggie! They thought it might go kaput, but nope, I'm still rocking it like a pirate cat! Just a little ointment keeps me in tip-top shape, so I’m ready for all the adventures.

Speaking of adventures, when that big ol’ hurricane hit, I got fostered, and let me tell you—it was a blast! I had a foster buddy, so we had double the fun. We zoomed through kitty tunnels, stalked birds and squirrels from the window, and I even napped in my foster mom’s favorite plants (hey, I had three beds, but plants are way cozier).

I may be small, but don’t let that fool you—I’m a spunky little firecracker! I’m brave, cuddly, and if dogs try to mess with me? Meh, no big deal, I’ve got this. So, how about it? Think I could be your new bestie? Let’s make it official—adopt me and let’s take on the world together!

Love and purrs,
Jack Rabbit "JR" ❤️
P.S. My foster mom says I stole her heart in record time, so beware—I’m that adorable.
