Felicity is a 6-7 month old Sheltie mix girl who is around 20-25 pounds. Felicity was rescued from an animal control facility. Felicity is loving, and so sweet. She is absolutely gorgeous!! She rides well in the car and seems to love all people she meets! She loves to play with other dogs. This lady is going to be such a wonderful and sweet companion.
