Harvey is a handsome and sweet 8 year old, 6-7 pound Chihuahua boy who is looking for a new home. Harvey LOVES people. He would be incredibly happy to be someone's lap baby. He wants to be with his person all the time. He is a boy who seems to like everyone he meets.
